KAMBU KOOZH (PEARL MILLET)

Method



Cook kambu rice by adding 1:4 water in a cooker. Beat ginger ,chilli, curry leafs and coriander leaves along with curd. Dilute kambu rice with minimum water and mix it with the beaten curd. Serve with raw onions.
